Saffron Robe No wax-induced nightmares here, only palpitations in anticipation of the needle dropping! Now that it has, what can I say? Wow, what a sensational album. The original is a classic, but this takes the blueprint to a whole different level. Doug must be one of the best bassists in the world – he has graced so many fine records with his distinctive touch. Full marks all round. Not to be missed by any discerning music lover. Favorite track: Nyabinghi Dub.
