PaintedDogs 15 years ago (hey what a coincidence) I caught a Big D set at some ska festival. David was dog sick. Pale, throwing up in a bucket on stage, probably shouldn't have been out of bed at all. He still brought it harder than any other band in that lineup. I never forgot that, or this record, one of the few third-wave releases with staying power. Keep shining on. Favorite track: Shining On.

tim_the_curator VGM lofi is such a cynical space. Lofi, at its most basic, is extremely easy to produce, and with VGM as the basis, it’s very easy to find an audience. Further, as background noise, that audience is usually undiscerning, so there’s a ton of aural “shovelware.”

This is not that. This shit is excellent. The Dedede arrangement is so good it will make you sit up in your chair and say “holy god what am I hearing.” I have that reaction every single time I play it.

Also the vinyl is STUNNING. Favorite track: King Dedede (from "Dedede’s Drum Dash Deluxe") (Lo-Fi Edit).

IAmRevEvil LOVE THIS GAME

Space Great music album, This game is the reason why I love science and the science behind epidemics and diseases. The music is also very calm and intense while trying to infect and kill the world. 10/10. Favorite track: Plague Blossom.
