lallig00d If you ever wondered "How similar are hardcore & thrash?" then this album answers that question with a resounding "HELL YES!" Every track blurs the lines between those genres--not to mention make you get up & want to throw some elbows! Perhaps the one thing that stops this from becoming a full-on thrash album is that there isn't a single guitar solo to be found. (And that's just an observation, not a criticism.) Favorite track: Let It Beer.

spacciathemax Ciao a tutti! Straight from Brazil, one of the best thrash metal bands around right now—they absolutely kick ass. Pure sonic violence and politically charged lyrics (see Chapel of the sick). They're among my favorite bands, true heirs to Slayer. KILLER!!! Favorite track: Chapel of the Sick.

KAMINARIハウス 9/10. Possibly their best yet. Violator have done it again with their signature Thrash sound, only this time they really threw their influences in your face. A bad thing? Far from it. Favorite track: The Evil Order.

Bart You know the deal. It's Brazllian death/thrash. You know what this is going to sound and feel like already. Yet, it's done so damn well, you overlook the obvious similarities to "Seasons of the Abyss" and "Beneath the Remains". Love this. Favorite track: Chapel of the Sick.
