Alexandre Such a beautiful album. This dub for the heron sounds like a hymn to spring, sweeping away the dark clouds from hearts as the shadows from the cities. Favorite track: dub for the heron.
    ghosttropics thumbnail
ghosttropics Fitting somewhere between idm, downtempo and dub, be gone is a beautiful and breezy album that feels like a lazy summer day turned into a hazy summer night. Segue meets Boards of Canada.

Neglectsound An album i liked so much, i bought it twice. Beautiful synth scapes that pull the listener into deep realms of undulating sonic shimmers and canyon shadows of dub techno. There are nods in the direction of Von Oswald's Channel but the approach is completely signature to Hoavi and it arrives with confidence. I could listen to 'Cosworth' on repeat for an hour and never tire. Favorite track: Cosworth.

Lord Dubious Super interesting take on dub. Easily classifiable as “Illbient”. I could easily go for it being twice as long. Favorite track: Sempre.

    Lars Gotrich thumbnail
Lars Gotrich Felinto offers a psychedelic lime twist on dub, infused with electro-samba beats, space jazz and a minimalist punk ‘tude. It’s like Arthur Russell found himself in an underground São Paulo club, armed with dub records, synths and some friends jumping on the mix. Members of Deafkids and Ratka contribute. www.vikingschoice.org/archive/teen-improv-brazilian-dub-blown-out-power-pop/ Favorite track: Chroma.
    TeeDubyaBee thumbnail
TeeDubyaBee This hits all the right buttons, literally and figuratively - a blast of freshness. The sui generis talent radar and social conscience of Bokeh is in rude health as always. Favorite track: Prisma.
