    Kevin J Gerzevitz thumbnail
Kevin J Gerzevitz Eclectic and real. Music documentation at its best. A global snapshot of the early 20th Century.
    Marco Baroni thumbnail
Marco Baroni I was a bit scared, but this is actually not only a history lesson, but, most importantly, FUN! The liner notes (included in the download) are visually beautiful and extremely informative.

Jal Immediately ran to get the physical and digital copy when this was removed from apple music and spotify.

“I wanted to know your skin, to ask for your browning wrists, to gather you in.”

My brain has been permanently altered since my first listen back in 2019 and this album remains a staple going triple platinum in my household every year since. This is a gorgeous album, lyrically and sonically, one of my lifetime favourites through and through.
    Favorite track: High Growth.
    Joe Borreson thumbnail
Joe Borreson Nika creates completely unique songs that dance and twirl within their bounds, steeped in emotion that's voiced in choral and chordal expression that shift as they progress along the pathway, all in a totally unique songwriting style of rural waltzing, melodic wanderings. I can't wait to take these songs along as company on a long walk under open skies. Thank you, Nika. Favorite track: A Careful Garden.

mbx220 A great callback to the Cocteau era of 'gazepop, a mix of taking Treasure by them and inserting some Slowdive. It's a fantastic, dreamy album. Not a bad track on it, not too long or too short, growing on me more and more and up my list of faves from '26.

Alfie is on repeat. Song just whisps me away. Favorite track: Alfie.
    Pierre Megevand thumbnail
Pierre Megevand The first three tracks work really well together! "Shoegaze - how to do it" Favorite track: Smile.
    iskeptici thumbnail
iskeptici Immaculate production that somehow manages to feel warm and personal while floating towards the sky with dreamy and ethereal melodies. Absolutely amazing work and one that feels like it will undoubtedly improve with future spins Favorite track: Smile.

Love this album, vocals need more presence but doesn't take away from a remarkable album.

    The Tonearm thumbnail
The Tonearm "Even with what is called my solo album, it's obviously not just me. Lots of people have contributed so much to it. And I always want a feeling of other people collaborating in the room. But, you know, nobody is an island, right? None of us embodies just one person. We embody loads of people who have been part of our lives, so I want the music to feel like that as well."

    ramiewnibor thumbnail
ramiewnibor Had a hunch to buy the physical CD. The sleeve notes and pictures add so much to the music. Thanks for making this, Momoko! Fave track is really hard to choose - I love it as a whole.
