terrapie This is both my favourite progressive metal album and the best black(ish) metal album since Borknagar's Winter Thrice. I combines immediate appeal with great ambition, great execution and staying power. Favorite track: Walk Amongst.

thedizzlingone Unpredictable and chaotic at first, infinitely rewarding if you persevere. Favorite track: Song of Subservient Bliss.
    Lorenzo thumbnail
Lorenzo Twisted dissonant and progressive death metal from that comes out as an onslaught of sinewy riffing, unnerving distortion, and ugly vocals. Much of the song structures have a mesmerizing quality, as tempos and ideas are hastily built before being toppled in a jarring manner

Squealing guitars and crawling bass lurch with a dizzying discordance to propel each track forward. Blackened / grind influences further the crazed narrative as, and the heaviest moments verge into brutal death territory
