StrengthWithin Holy moly Batman! This is about as heavy as it gets
    Mitch Mitcherson thumbnail
Mitch Mitcherson This is almost more physical than it is musical, yet catchy in its primitive simplicity, especially with repeat verses. Just violent sounding. Unmovable. The recording sounds like a 45 being played on 33 which is probably one of the best compliments I could give. Also if you echo a “blech” I’m usually in. Favorite track: Strangled and mangled.

Sid Great release by Bodybox. I like the mix of elements from goregrind, grindcore, and modern brutal death metal.

EDIT : HOLY CRAP! It took almost 2.5 months to get my tape. Thank God for Bandcamp and digital albums to help while waiting. Favorite track: Real Cocaine Muzak.

    Swimming Poole thumbnail
Swimming Poole If the singles are anything to go off of for this release then this Auburn is going to be the most heavy and brutal thing to come out in 2025. This is my most hyped album of the year! I can not wait to for this album Favorite track: Dodgeball.

Astroban Legendary LP! I love it since the first release! :) Favorite track: Satan's Trampoline.

thomasw_ Fantastic old school death metal that will put a smile on the face of any metalhead who has a sense of self-deprecating humour. This old 1990 LP is a parody of death metal in its time, yet ironically it is played in the death style of the late 80s. Although it is death metal, fans of early thrash or grindcore or punk will find something in it over which to let out a loud or even subdued chuckle. This FDR LP really opens up the tracks. Well worth hearing for old fans; it's essential nonsense! :) Favorite track: Satan's Trampoline.
