Rudi Let's start with the end: after two short hours, the enthusiastic audience gave a standing ovation. That pretty much says it all about the fantastic concert given by this multifaceted, multi-talented musician and his solid band with two drummers in December 2025 at Moods in Zurich. The gig was based on this album, but the live performance was in a different universe.

Erkadur Do you like jazz? Like, jazzy jazz? Jazz that is rather, how you say...jazzy? Okay, then...pick this modern jazz "gem" up ASAP and thank me later! ;)

Every track is well produced and has great care in terms of imaging and overall soundstage. If you like modern jazz fusion at all, this album is a "Duh!" must-have! :D

For me, the keys and funky bass "stand out" but the whole band is full of great talent <3

The song "Hudson" by itself is so amazing. The covers are nice, but Hudson, Woodstock, & Peace Chant really stand out to me. I grew up in the Hudson Valley, Staatsburg to be exact.  Although I moved away, and no longer consider NY my home, I'm endlessly grateful for growing up in such a wild beautiful place. No matter how far away I am, my heart is completely connected to those roots and that river! Can’t wait for more : ) Favorite track: Hudson.

Peter Jones Whilst the covers take a while to find their own identity, the original tracks here are genius throughout, with the freedom to go wherever the players find the mood takes them. Favorite track: Hudson.
