Fronzoli feels like a complete left turn in the their discography, and I absolutely love it! For the first time we see the band mess around with time and displacing beats, specifically on the opener. The old audio samples are a neat touch as well; it kinda plays into the album cover a bit. The heavy songs really carry this album, which in all honesty is the sound everyone prefers in their PPC, but 'Carpe Diem, Moonman' proves that they can write excellent ballads.
