p-tricky Love this record! One of my favourite songs is King Mountain.
    Venya thumbnail
Venya I have no idea what will be my favorite. This is one of my few buy-now-find-out-why-later artists.

sheffieldnonpots Lovely album, very much enjoying the improvisations on the keys and the beats.

Track 7 makes me imagine slow motion footage of a house party through the lens of Blade Runner

Remember the scene where they are scanning around the photo? That bit springs to mind I don't know why. Maybe it's the synthy keys riff, I don't know.

    Olga Kivius thumbnail
Olga Kivius I've already listened to these 3 tracks I don't know how many times )) Really nice German jazz-rock with the lead electric guitar, with attractive melodies and rythms. I would be very glad to find their full-length album one day )) Favorite track: Läget.

marco Can't get enough of that infectious opening riff. Tight, without being stiff. Favorite track: Läget.

    Nqobani T thumbnail
Nqobani T One of my favourite modern jazz projects, and probably my favourite from the British scene. Got a chance to see her perform live at the 2025 Cape Town International Jazz Festival, such an amazing artist. Favorite track: Triumphance.
    Tom Colquhoun thumbnail
Tom Colquhoun As the name suggest, this plays like the soundtrack to an epic film. Gentle but grandiose, with skittish drums that keep things moving. Weirdly for a sax-led band, the strings are very much in the forefront here. Favorite track: Clarity.
    majhium thumbnail
majhium Simply a brilliant album. The precision at every level from all artists here is stunningly beautiful. Nubya this is a masterpiece album in modern jazz. I can't have a favourite track here as it is the whole album that is my favourite track. Amazing! Thank you.
