digital graveyard i found this album in winter 2018-19 when i was 20 working at a ski resort in colorado. it was the first time i lived somewhere weed was legal. the bus stop was 2 degrees at 6am. this album was blasting in my $9 headphones at all times. snowboarding with this on was better than sex. i can still listen to it on repeat for weeks. Favorite track: Saturday.

Carsten Pieper Cuzco from North Carolina label themselves as "instrumental math rock". Doesn't that sound cold? However, in my ears these "sketches" sound astonishingly warm. The band draws from a rich sonic palette. Fine album! Favorite track: Metropolis.
SuddenLiberation Called a "sketchbook", but definitely sounding more like a concept album with its adorable tunes and engaging composition, which seem to be telling a compelling story rather than being a collection of assorted sketches. Favorite track: Updated Dad.
