n1ck1 Ominous, but beautiful, much like nature itself - it's what Ben's work here ultimately reminds me of. Favorite track: Invenies.
    DAS VILLAIN thumbnail
DAS VILLAIN Over 20 years ago, I had heard Benny started an ambient/field recording album post-Godflesh but thought it was an urban legend. Well, the joke is on me as Vitriol is not your standard ambient music. The sound on I-Vii explores the isolation with cavernous, sparse, and disquieting textures. But, it also is soothing and meditative.

What you get is a sonic journey into one's psyche and the recesses of your as you relax....while keeping one eye open! Favorite track: Rectificando.

420robinfukzzz666 Album of the century. I have never needed this more than now! Which is really incredible, considering Nail and Thaw are among my favorite things ever. It is what you MUST hear RIGHT NOW. A manic, apocalyptical, sincere, remorseful, sardonic, angry, ecstatic record. I cannot stop listening.

Aaron Goldberg WOW! Foetus comes back, all fists loaded with this multicolour dreamcoat of Bombastic Electro Glam rock.. Punk? Irish Folk? Drone doom? Cinematic Chase? All different but all FOETUS! 'do yaself a favour' as a Melbourne music TV host once said

Kevin J Gerzevitz Eclectic and real. Music documentation at its best. A global snapshot of the early 20th Century.
    Marco Baroni thumbnail
Marco Baroni I was a bit scared, but this is actually not only a history lesson, but, most importantly, FUN! The liner notes (included in the download) are visually beautiful and extremely informative.
