Andrew Godsalve Equip yourself for getting lost in this transportive aqueoscape. Love the surprise ending to Humility, the hermit thrush the forest's most liquid song. Pure adventure. Support Albertan artists!
    J Riddle thumbnail
J Riddle This album is so, so rad. Every track here oozes purpose, like this sound NEEDED to get out. Similar energy to Jerry Joiner/Girlfriends solo math rock project, but free jazz. The lumbering buzz giving way to hopeful-melancholy in the opening track perfectly sets the stage for the rest of the record. Interesting sax phrasings and all-over-the-place drum patterns abound here. AOTY contender for sure. Favorite track: Water & Tools.

    Stefan Lorenz thumbnail
Stefan Lorenz WOW! The utmost root of guitar playing. A onestring steelstring and an empty bottle. A heart full of rhythm and melodies, a friendly funky voice. A sound explosion that makes every guitar master sound small. Fills my days with sunshine power. Thank You master Nali. Keep on rocking, Gasper!

goodmanism Listened to this and just whoa. Favorite track: Flame.
    Hi-Lar thumbnail
Hi-Lar This record is real, no fat to it. Steps to the scene raw and authentic. There is a sampling ethos to it that is edgy, but never overdone. The sound is warm, and to the point. Memories of Burial, Goldie, Roni Size come to mind – just 2022. And it's number 111 in my bandcamp collection. ✶ Give this a spin. Favorite track: Round.
