ladislav42 I've been waiting a long time for this album. I became completely immersed in the world of Starveil. It's a beautiful and also very melodic and atmospheric journey. It helps me relax and unwind in this mad world. Thank you! :) Favorite track: Sky's Breath.
    H.L. thumbnail
H.L. Fabienne Erni is incredibly busy; she sings in two well-known bands, Eluveitie and Illumishade, and now she's released a very good solo album. With her signature passion and yearning in her voice, she presents beautifully melodic metal songs, all more or less short, snappy, and very catchy. A hit album from start to finish, though "Forged in Me" is my favorite track every time I listen to it. Favorite track: Forged in Me.

azazellrox Finally a group that lives up to my expectations! I have a Spotify account and nothing really appealed to me, I came on Bandcamp, I discovered this album and I just bought it! Thank you guys, you’re tearing everything up ! Favorite track: Unquiet Graves.

meadowkamagica There are catchy songs and then there are songs that get stuck in your head when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Spell haunts you and makes you smile during those moments of twilight delirium.

All I want are killer riffs, great hooks and danceable rhythms delivered with emotional sincerity. Refining their advanced songwriting craft through each release in an incredibly consistent discography, Spell have conjured their finest foray into those characteristics. A fav <3 Favorite track: Exquisite Corpse.

John Cratchley What multi-faceted ‘brilliance’ this is...a rarified aural experience...a reset for my old ears...
I’d love to hear Claypool and Lennon’s version of ‘Alice In Wonderland’ for the 21st Century!

crystalhorizon Big fan of day one! Listening on repeat. Though I prefer the pro drummers at the live shows Favorite track: Heart of Chrome.

  5. Tales From Six Feet Under Vol II

H.L. I guess, mainly because of Charlotte's charismatic and beautiful voice I became a supporter of Delain years ago. It's good to hear her continuing on her own path with a bunch of honest and multi-faceted songs. Some powerful and full of energy ("The Phantom Touch"), others more calm and introvert ("Utopia"). Some catchy from the beginning ("Venus rising"), others grow by time ("Good dog"). It is impossible to name a representative track, at the end they are united by Charlotte's soulful voice. Favorite track: A Million Lives.
    kirinyale thumbnail
kirinyale A pretty eclectic collection of songs first released on Patreon. It is at times hard to follow for someone who primarily knows Charlotte from Delain, but it does have a number of really powerful tracks that I'd love to hear in a full band variant. My absolute favorite is The Final Roadtrip, where Charlotte's voice once again does things that you never knew a human could do.

Great album. Favorite track: Give It Up Or Give It All.

Mute Branches Hits that wonderful spot that Broadcast's later work hits in terms of seamlessly bringing together folkloric earthiness with inventive electronics, while sounding very much its own thing. Can't wait for the full-length album! Favorite track: Binoculars.
