FalconPilot An exhilarating slice of UK black metal, the songs here are driving, purposeful, and engaging with a hint of pagan/folk black in the riffing. This album's consistency speaks volumes to the songwriting and musicianship present in each track. For such a short release, it feels "whole," not a moment is wasted and it's a highly satisfying listen. Whinlatter remain ingrained in tradition yet confident in their own vision. Support this promising band and equally true record label.

faulky Beyond impressed with this release! I waited till I received my CD in the mail to listen to it and wish I would’ve heard it sooner. But this thing is packed with cold riffs (some of them quite similar on many tracks). Vocals are haunting and ambient. Highly recommend. Favorite track: Nightfall Over Cumbria.

Cide I love all of your music and I am anticipating this release with the highest of hopes, I just bought the CD - the 7th last one in stock, now there are only 6 remaining. Get yours, or the much better vinyl version if you can afford it before they sell out! -47-

sashavonkarl74 Majestic symphonic black metal from Brazil, reminding me once more that South America, and especially Brazil, has some of the finest melodic BM gems out there! This one has amazing organ and synth, chorus chants in the background, and outstanding guitar work! Grandiose Opus giving me goosebumps, reminiscent of Vinterland, Odium, Limbonic Art and all those great Scandinavian outfits. A must have for fans of symphonic BM! Favorite track: Bloodthirsty the mighty bestiary.

Apherial A true onion, this bitter and spicy black metal got its twisted hooks in me deep, as I keep coming back to unravel all the obscurities contained within. Instead of relying on outside genres to provide the avant-garde tag, all is done within a black metal framework that still manages to upend the conventions of the genre and requires a curious headspace to interpret. Simultaneously real and unreal, the more I listen to this, the more it makes sense and feels necessary.
