positronicping Tremendous blackened thrash that pins you to the wall with its punk energy then opens you up with its deft atmospheric touches. Fair warning, this is a highly addictive listen. Favorite track: Seize the Stars.

Pyrö Messiäh Legitimately scary. Haunting. Can't get enough. I only wish I'd heard them sooner.

RED Glad i was introduced to this doom metal project love the vocals and subject matter so different from any other group and the religion is strange and cool great to learn about them through the music Favorite track: In the Court of the Sorrowless.

Lute FP This is fantastic. Super fuzzed doom in the vein of Uncle Acid and Mephistofelese, but with the fevered psychedelia dialed back a notch and the wicked guitar cranked up to 11.

I largely stopped buying music in this style due to the overwhelming quantity of output in the last handful of years, with little of it bringing anything new to the table. And while this doesn’t feel new, they do the style better than most.

It bounces and it’s wicked. You’ll love it if you are into the genre.

Solitude and Sin This is the good stuff... Hot as Hell! I've had it on a lot, can't get enough - from the first couple of seconds I just knew it was going to hit hard. This'll take you all the way and then some. So much goodness to soak up, raise your goblets and drink 🤘😈🤘

FDJ (Desert Psychlist) Brilliantly executed proto-doomic grooviness, the dark side never sounded so inviting Favorite track: Wickedness.

egg-magoo Superb, fuzzed up, garage-tinged, occult fuelled, psyche stoner riffage, Following on from a great EP and a couple of singles this is the debut long player. They sound like the house band at a summoning ritual scene in some 70s Satanic cult-exploitation horror flick and I love it so much it's scary!
