cinnamondestroyer The "egg punk" moniker seems to imply cartoonish voices over variable-speed bedroom punk rock, & Snooper has always kinda fit that description, but they're growing and I'll be damned if I'm not liking them exponentially more with each new release.
I'm fucking excited to get my pink vinyl copy of this, but until then I'll be listening to the digital hell outta this record.

wilson-c Wonderful album and great sounding. The extended live tracks in my view work so well and a preference over the shorter tracks on prior studio albums. Favorite track: The Drums.

Tim Hughes Incredible. The skill of each member is clearly on display here but the palpable feeling of joy it conveys is what really makes it for me!

mattgraupman Some painters build up their pieces by using dozens and dozens of thin, nearly imperceptibly different layers of paint, until they've created a work of art that's incredibly deep and rich. That's what SML have done with "Spontaneous Music Live." Musically, of course. Each little addition or subtraction pays off beautifully as these tracks twist and morph and blossom. Amazing work. Favorite track: Roundabouts.

steverie It's extremely rare for an album that came out over 50 years ago to still sound as fresh, original, and timeless as Future Days by Can. It's by far the most serene and easy-to-approach album of their classic period, and the band is still able to retain the spirit of musical creativity that makes them special. Maybe they chose the name Future Days because they knew that this album wouldn't age like a lot of other records do. Probably not, but hindsight shows that this is the case. Favorite track: Bel Air.
