bmurator Mexican Black / Post-Black Metal. Some very interesting & definitely cavernous vocals that feel as though they are coming from beyond the grave & create a lovely atmosphere of decadence & death! One of the tracks is even fittingly called "Decay"... :) No faves! Thanks TOR & Kunal! Recommended!
    𝕷𝖔𝖗𝖉 𝕾𝖆𝖓𝖌𝖚𝖎𝖓𝖊 thumbnail
𝕷𝖔𝖗𝖉 𝕾𝖆𝖓𝖌𝖚𝖎𝖓𝖊 That opening riff, that first scream 👌🏼

Seriously good album, don't sleep on it! Favorite track: Serpentine Echoes.
    positronicping thumbnail
positronicping Murky black metal that's claustrophobic yet expansive, with the doom and disso-DM twinges adding power to Muerto's poisonous bite. The album overall and Matamoros' vocals in particular sound like a hollow message from the heart of a yawning abyss just before it snaps shut forever. Favorite track: Burning Shadows.
    Brent Davis thumbnail
Brent Davis Positronicping is spot on!

The rawness of the vocals communicates so much here.

Highly recommended if you enjoy black metal that wanders from the (left-hand) path to somewhere else...

    🖤🤘✌️🇿🇦 Favorite track: Decay.

Vogelwiese Killer album and a great live band.

I'm a lover of Death Thrash in the first place and imo this is a great record from front to end high energy and great songs especially Leathermilf which sounds a leans a little more to the trad side but just gets stuck in your ears immediately Favorite track: Leathermilf.
    Old Man Metal thumbnail
Old Man Metal One hell of a debut from Germany's Messticator. Eight tracks of Scandinavian-style death/thrash that would have been right at home in the early 2000s, featuring driving, high-energy, synco-chug-heavy death/thrash riffing and the excellent contrasting thematic passages and ripping leads typical of the style, pushed by aggressive thrash drumming, boosted by up-tempo double-bass rolls. Favorite track: Vaderous Ferocity.

rob Wow, what a journey. So many styles and twists and turns. Expert musicianship; extremely heavy at times while being balanced by catchy and groovy sections. Up there on my AOTY list so far for 2026.

    A great balance.
No favorites for every one is like the radiant stars of dawn and dusk. Favorite track: Mornings of the One Thousand Golds.
    colt1979 thumbnail
colt1979 This whole album is great. This is a must have. Greek BM is fantastic. Favorite track: Purgatory Revolution.
    Metallurgical Fire thumbnail
Metallurgical Fire This is simultaneously the cheesiest and greatest heavy metal album of all time. Blazing Inferno is a cliche that transcends its boundaries to become glorious. Musically it’s completely enthralling from the first note. I don’t think you can be a heavy or black metal fan without at least appreciating what Yoth Iria is trying to do here. RC is an absolute BORE in comparison. Favorite track: Rites Of Blood and Ice.

Shayne Dey Every now and again Bandcamp kick the rock I’ve been living under and a new band (to my ears) is brought to my attention. I listened to a snippet of the first track and promptly bought the entire catalog.
This is obscenely brilliant black metal.

Thank you Bandcamp.🤘🏻 Favorite track: The End of the Known Civilization.
    Chimplord thumbnail
Chimplord This is f'n great. It might be better than the first album. There are tons of tasty riffs and melodies.
Having Satan do the clean vocals is a nice touch. Favorite track: 3am.
    Abyssius Murkraken thumbnail
Abyssius Murkraken God damn! This album kicks so much ass!

Probably their best and most passionately produced album yet.

This is some masterclass black metal my friends, don't pass this album up!

Everything from the choirs all the way down to the drums, this album evokes so much atmosphere.

    Highly recommended!
