dirkjan&ronald Bass Communion tracks are always interesting. Often exciting and experimental. Not always my cup of tea. But sometimes the music is subtle and beautiful. This album is one of those. In the line of the Drugged series from the first albums. But with the beautiful flute music of Theo Travis. Well worth my money. Thanks for releasing this!

zionengine More of what we love - layers of sad guitar on infinite echo. Stay through the end of "When We Die, We Will Grow Wings" (which borrows from Reverb on Repeat's "demo 3"). We finally hear clear, single notes. It sounds like the flood has receded, and new life is struggling to the surface. Favorite track: Absolution.

Darksted The voices that are added to a couple of the tracks on this album take what is already beautiful music to another level. Favorite track: LVHT.

rvss.eel You'd think that the statement "this is the work of amazing musicians playing together" should apply to everything that I choose to listen to, but I still feel the need to emphasize it here. Four songs, 17-21 minutes each, and every moment is alive with intensity, filled with atmosphere, shrouded with energy that pulls you forward even in the most repetitive or simplistic moments. Travel is dramatic, in the calmest, coolest way, and it is very good. Favorite track: Signal.

James Christie I have been a collector of many of the Necks albums and seen them live a few times. I think this might be the highlight of their recorded work. Complex but accessible, diving, flowing and alive . Can't yet pick a favourite
