voodooman Desert Undertones from Arizona offer a beautiful, dense and flexible mix of surf music with influences from Latin, western and dripping reverb. Also a great high-end recording as a download in 24 bit 48 khz.

B Thomas After getting into Slacktone and really loving both of their studio albums I began searching for another band in that genre. A long search led me find my other favorite band in this genre: Desert Undertones. This EP is fantastic all the way through, and really captures what i love about surf, spaghetti western, great guitar tones, wonderful complementary bass and drums, and most importantly interesting and satisfying compositions. Highly recommended! Favorite track: Road to Hana.

Keith "MuzikMan" Hannaleck Desert Undertones' surf instro is a tasteful and predominantly laid-back experience. If you're seeking a challenging, rockin' vibe, this album may not be for you. However, if you're a fan of instrumental music, you'll find plenty to appreciate in its soothing melodies. Read the entire review here www.surfmusicandart.com/search?q=desert+undertones

B Thomas This Desert Undertones album is excellent! Like the EP this captures every single element I want out of instrumental music and particularly this genre. It’s one perfectly composed and performed surf and spaghetti western masterpiece after another. My hope is that these guys keep it going for many years and many more albums. They are by far my favorite active band in this genre, joining my favorite inactive band Slacktone. That’s about as high a compliment as I can pay. Favorite track: Signal Hill.
