gibsondoomguy This is a really fun power metal album. The guitar work shreds, the vocals are good and it has a certain 90's charm to it. VF really stepped his song writing up, I'm enjoying this one a lot. Favorite track: The Storm.
    spzhun thumbnail
spzhun Excellent power metal from Canada! Love the album, lyrics, themes of the songs and also the artwork. Can't wait to see what's next for the band - until then, make sure to support these guys. They deserve it! Favorite track: Doppelganger.
    Holdeneye thumbnail
Holdeneye Extremely well-executed power metal with great guitars and vocals. I don't think I even want to escape this maze! Favorite track: Challengers Of The Unknown.

    zaszigre thumbnail
zaszigre exactly what I was looking for. Late 70's/early 80's heavy metal but kinda progressive.
And I love that the lyrics are actually written, with an actual story. It's not the novel of the century but it changes from superficial lyrics.

Pilgrims of the stars is a masterpiece. However, I prefer certain things on the 'Pilgrims' single, that has a more creative vocal interpretation.

I can't wait to hear about a potential sequel of the story. Favorite track: Pilgrims of the Stars.
    Ray Dorsey thumbnail
Ray Dorsey This album is fantastic! Totally different from everything that’s going on now and right in my wheelhouse. Quirky and unusual, with a firm foot in both 80’s obscure metal and 70’s prog. I hear everything from MANILLA ROAD to YES to HÄLLAS to SACRED BLADE. I love it.
    DwayneEldredge thumbnail
DwayneEldredge I love how this band sounds, I enjoy that 70's BOC throwback. They keep it interesting all throughout the album. Favorite track: Not Built by Human Hands.

Mr. Barrington Boots Bloody amazing. This is the best Maiden album released in 2021. Favorite track: The Train.
    John Aktypis thumbnail
John Aktypis Are the lyrics supposed to be comedy/trolling? Hard to tell...The music on the other hand is GREAT. Iron Maiden + Power Metal goodness, elaborate and melodic.
    el culo sucio thumbnail
el culo sucio This absolutely rules. basically Seventh Son era Maiden, right down to the guitar tone, dynamic bass, and a spitting image of Bruce on vocals. A bit more power metal vibes emerge on Operation Black Veil and Alien Encounter, and the charmingly dorky action adventure lyrics just seal the deal. Catch this train ASAP! Favorite track: The Train.
