risibleamour Hello Thorn, I saw you in concert recently in Lille in a very beautiful venue dedicated to music. It was a lovely experience.

winterkeep I don't know what it is about Thorn Wych but the music just feels right - gentle/abrasive; soothing/stirring, just perfect, should be on everyone's regular playlist to achieve oneness with the world ✌️ Favorite track: Out of the Eater Came Something to Eat.

gavin mcadam Rag Sohni...as soon as the track started I had goosebumps. Such wonderful musicianship, this music deserves a far wider audience. Thank you to all who brought this to our ears!

hr_hack_n_slack I have a fairly large collection of Afghan music (for a westerner).
I knew from the first minute of this first track, that the album was a must have. What the U.S. did to Afghanistan is inexcusable.

aurals Further is a stunning display of polytime and time signature subdivision. The piano goes in cascades of triplets of eighths and sixteenths over 5/4 making something akin to five sets of 3. The jam-block in 7, 8, and 9 over 5/4, bassist in quarter-triplet swing in 5/4 with the bass drum and snare, hi-hat partially open in double time, again fluidly altering time between 3/4 and 4/4 over 5/4... Gravity blasts on the toms... Something like 15 times. Favorite track: Further.
    Tauber thumbnail
Tauber I love this album. The dense, intense, fractal-like first track gives way to an incredibly moody and spacious second track which (for me) conjures up some of the weirdest vibes that I love from Bitches Brew… just a great and wide-ranging album, unlike anything else really.
