I was not sure I should get this album because I have all of Toad’s works and am suspicious of greatest hits as recycled oldies.
This album has songs that were recorded before, but they are not the same as their predecessors. They share titles, but these new songs are their own entities.
I am embarking on half of a century of life this year and this album holds a reason for embracing aging - the deepening of understanding and perfecting of craft. They revisit ideas w the wealth of life lived.
Favorite track: Rings (Acoustic).
