I wasn't sure at first if I liked this album as much as Meet Me After Practice, but that's a very high bar because that has been my favourite album since it dropped and emotionally supported me during a horrible time. I decided to listen to this one 400 more times to really be sure I got a good impression of it, and it slaps, folks. Picking a favourite track is like picking a favourite sunset, I did it, but understand that they are all beautiful.

  2. Picking a favourite track was like picking a favourite child - I did it, but I felt bad the entire time. Nobody gets me like this album gets me. I've had it on repeat for over a week and I still get excited every time it starts over. Boys Go To Jupiter does not know me, but it feels like they wrote this album For Me.

    Victoria This entire album speaks to me spiritually, from the being a Big Dumb Idiot to having had to tell people at work that hey, I just can't do that. Plus, The Ballad of Smokin Joe is genuinely one of the best pieces of musical storytelling I've heard in a good while.     icannotremember I vaguely enjoyed the oddball quality of Monster Truck, but not really enough to find out who made it or see what else was available. Then I was served Business Man; the anti-cop sentiments and delightful absurdity of the situation made me fall in love. I bought the album, became addicted, and then proceeded to have my life fall apart as I started suggesting anal probes to find lost items and alienated my partner after breaking his dad's dick. Fuckin' worth it baby. Favorite track: Business Man.
