  1. Too Fast to Die
    by Archspire
    supported by
    swordpvnk thumbnail
swordpvnk This is Archspire's best offering to date. Which is high praise considering Bleed the Future was a masterpiece. These guys don't take themselves too seriously and they have every reason too considering the sheer talent exuding from every single one of them. This i think is their best quality as a band. Inhuman musical ability, paired with extremely down to earth human personalities. Never stop making music you crazy bastards.
    minusoneman2 thumbnail
minusoneman2 Archspire is always hell of fun! Especially with this new effort. Imagine highly melodic Blasting Symphonic (death) metal accompanied by a zombified ghost of the mighty scatman John in a really angry and pissed mood. Favorite track: Anomalous Descent.
    3fireterrell thumbnail
3fireterrell Everything about this album is perfect. From the instrumentals to the vocals, all the songs pack a punch!!! Favorite track: Limb of Leviticus.

    BlackYoghurt thumbnail
BlackYoghurt The sound of the urban apocalypse. Favorite track: She Rules The Ruins.
    Grimmrobe thumbnail
Grimmrobe Why jack off...when you can jack in. Favorite track: The Misfits / The Rebels.
    Berserker79 thumbnail
Berserker79 All-instrumental synth goodness from one of the stars of the genre. My favorite from the Leather saga, this album confirms CB does not need to re-tread the steps of Trilogy to make fine music. Oh, and I can see where that DOOM feel is coming from, with the album's title track giving off vibes reminiscent of the soundtrack to the 2016 reboot of the game. Favorite track: Major Threat.

wewk Not my favourite Death album, but a decent effort with some very tasty drumming from Gene. Could have been much more, but not whatsoever worth avoiding. Favorite track: The Philosopher.

    norfairgamer thumbnail
norfairgamer Honestly teen spirit best track on this record. Favorite track: TEEN SPIRIT.
    OldShockGraphics thumbnail
OldShockGraphics Black Ceiling adds layers of grime and fuzz to the late 70s synthesizer revival and fills the gaps with ketamine. Oppressive, depressing and claustrophobic with twinkling melodies guaranteed to break your heart. Best track is WVFFLIFE, but LIKE YOU is a strong contender for joint first place. A couple of weaker tracks could have been left off to make this an even stronger album - IN MY HEAD & BENEATH HER SPELL fall the wrong side of cheesey and really let the rest of the tracks down. Favorite track: WVFFLIFE.
    Ol' Bugs thumbnail
Ol' Bugs Still listen to this in its entirety relatively often, and every now and then i notice another layer to some songs I hadn't heard before. So impressively crafted. Favorite track: HALLWAY.
