Dotflac The russian trio composing Aveparthe pictured, with Landscapes Over The Sea, lost and beaten territories of the most northern lands.

The dreamy Fog Machine and 1600 act like surreal breaks between the three longer pieces that will surround you with dark clouds and leave you in the blizzard.

Sporadically allowing the sun to pierce the fog, this hazy and suggestive album will above all lose you in its sound storms, nicely using monolithic drones, faded mystical voices and hissing sonic textures. Favorite track: Turn.

Honarius After listening to this album a bit, I have really begun to appreciate Full of Sun. It feels melancholic and pensive, up until the discordant drum rhythms kick in which really add to the song! Favorite track: Full of Sun.

Tampertronics This is a brilliant album, with a great narrative concept. Ambient enough to write or sleep to, yet melodic enough to sustain numerous active listens. It's like someone made a jus of Explosions in the Sky. Favorite track: Because I am Flawed I Forgive You.

Joker1976 So far this is one of my albums of the year. Really amazing and emotional. Favorite track: Still Waters.

rikm A darkly beautiful and nuanced work, "Helluland" has a languid wonder about it that evokes cinematic vistas and breathtaking landscapes.
