Кончится Лето and Кукушка are my favorites of this track, and two of my top three tracks from Кино (third on being Группа крови)

Lute FP “Soviet-era post-punk” as my friend Mr Muschiosauro identifies it, this must have come out in the mid 80s. €14 for a digital download feels punitive, but this is excellent in its own right, and is a cultural time capsule that I’d never be able to dig up on my own. Worth listening to no matter what you are into, just to know it happened over there.

muschiosauro Oh gosh this one does bring back memories. I first listened to a Kino cassette 25 years ago in Saint Petersburg, when I was young and... well, young. Stunning band, and this is, to me, their best album. Genre defining, late-Soviet-era post-punk. Lyrics that pierce like a bleeding wound. Music that pulses and pounds, pulses and pounds, pulses and pounds. A generational landmark that still sounds totally fresh and alarmingly relevant today. Masterpiece. Favorite track: Группа крови.

pixelegor Out of all of the Kino albums this one has some of my utmost favorite tracks. I just enjoy the more quieter and reserved songs from Tsoy and Kino. Favorite track: Апрель.
