Allister Thompson Really great to have this new master of what to me is Roach's best album, and that's saying something. Givens's new master does really bring out nuances and smoothen things even further. The opening track, with its huge, sparse waves of sound, used to scare the crap out of one of my (now deceased) cats, but it's always been one of my favourite ambient music pieces.
