gandalf_the_blonde Top notch NWOTHM that grabs you and doesn't let go!
    Jammer_on_the_street thumbnail
Jammer_on_the_street I've heard about Haunt since forever it seems, but never got into them until now. They capture that pristine US melodic speed metal sound, but you can't pin them to any one influence. One of the best full-length debuts I've ever heard - so good! Favorite track: Reflectors.
    Barry_Nyle thumbnail
Barry_Nyle The guitar work is so delicious. Make sure you have a fire extinguisher on hand. You may Burst Into Flame spinning this one. At least it came with a disclaimer. Favorite track: Reflectors.

    Crestfallen thumbnail
Crestfallen the 80's synths the bad ass guitar solos and the cool vocals what more can you ask for?
    dermguy thumbnail
dermguy The riffs are catchy front to back, the guitar skillwork is mind blowing and sounds effortless, the synth intro on several songs is nostalgic yet new. This is the 'appetite for destruction' of this decade! I can't recommend this album enough!

masteropuppets59 Another great album by HAUNT! Fist-pumping and head-banging!

    MIKE GOODSELL thumbnail
MIKE GOODSELL This fucks with everything, doesn't it? There's enough/a lot of broken/experimental action going
on to make me want to hear it again.

Swarming Opulence (Redux 1924) Swarming Opulence (Redux 1924)

    Nocturnal Egg (Jordan) thumbnail
Horrifiant. Favorite track: Lower World (Redux 1924).
    Ghuughra thumbnail
Ghuughra Imperial Triumphant and Gnaw Their Tongues both have that malevolently meandering, spiked land-squid kind of vibe that I find fascinating. The classical instrumentation is just as heavy as the metal side of the equation, and the vox are straight from the toilet.

Also, is there anybody that Colin Marston doesn't know? Favorite track: Lower World (Redux 1924).
    violentine thumbnail
violentine Guttural, twisted sounds from the city's underbelly. The machine that never sleeps, devouring its citizens to keep going. That's the vibe of this record. Favorite track: Lower World (Redux 1924).

Abyssius Murkraken Late to the party for this band, Noise really can do no wrong in terms of his musical releases.

Going to dive into all the Non Est Deus albums, but i bet that this particular album will stick with me.

Highly recommended! Favorite track: Fuck Your God.
    zapat3ro thumbnail
zapat3ro Gotta be honest, found them randomly while searching for "Fuck your God", but not only is that particular song great, the whole album is rock solid and headbanging Black Metal. REALLY good shit and they play super well live, so talented through and through 🤘
    Versakhan Irenis thumbnail
Versakhan Irenis When I saw them for the first time their gimmick confused me, but after a few numbers I was completly sold. Favorite track: Burn It Down.

    Sorgsen Skuggan thumbnail
Sorgsen Skuggan Inspiring sound and message put into work, as one could see in their live performances where the theatrics are of core importance to embody the crudeness and sole tragedy of warfare as it becomes veiled by propaganda and romanticism. Unfortunate recommendations here having this present, though. Favorite track: Menschenmühle.
    Abyssius Murkraken thumbnail
Abyssius Murkraken Melodic and catchy as hell! Sad that i passed this up on release, this album kicks so much Arsch. Highly recommended! Favorite track: Lviv zu Lemberg.
    bionic2 thumbnail
bionic2 Epic black metal album in many ways, seeing them live just enhanced the experience of the terror in WW1. The music capsules this hell. Favorite track: Ausblutungsschlacht.

    armadalider thumbnail
armadalider I do adore the style Svrm creates his own lyrics, as well as the new rebirth he inhaled to the lyrics of Ukrainian poetry beginning of XX Century. There is so much resonance between the events of that past epoch and the nowadays because of Russian war in Ukraine and all those grief and despair for the lost lives and homes.
The album indeed, is a masterpiece. Favorite track: Останнє світло.
    mz11 thumbnail
mz11 This is unreal !!! Blow me absolutely away.
Highlight record along side Wandar from Vendetta.
