TheMoonHangs The synthesizer is wielded as a living being, actively curious, seeking out nooks and crannies to unfurl within and waver outwards. Tones are cast out and resonate across a seemingly vast plane whilst melodies and percussion flutter and contort, resulting in a disparity of sounds both immediate and transient. Playful and meditative, tinged with plush psychedelia that deftly navigates layers-deep, this is a vivid and wonderfully colourful record, highly recommended!

Luke Sanger Raica fanboy over here. 'The Absence of Being' gets heavy rotation in this house, and 'If Not Now, When' looks to follow suit.

frgrnbm Spherical synth melodies, fat baselines, driving beats, rich acid sounds. A wonderful album. I am deeply in love. Favorite track: Metaphor.

    Ralf Rofl thumbnail
Ralf Rofl I can't tell what track I like the most.
I just like to submerge in his feeling of sound and mixing. He is a special soul who had the same highs and lows. I can hear shared decades in these masterpieces. I'm jealous that I can't translate my feelings like Nyquist.
    Thank you!

James Dunne-Bennett This has got Tetsu Inoue written all over it, definitely inspired by at least, but with it's own soul. Reminds me of Ambiant Otaku...

Tekfirus Such a moving album. Detritus caught the very essence of melancholy with his slow paced, delicate piano melodies, gentle drum'n bass rhythms, at times entertwining murmurs of the crowd -buzzing around and yet so far-, with the lamentations of the rain. A must have. Favorite track: Twelve Days.
