SlithyToves Cecil winds up his glittering phrases, long or short, with exhilarating kinetic energy. Although there is usually a lot going on at any one moment, both players offer crystal clear shaping, so it feels dynamic, not chaotic. They seem to feed energy into each others playing, exponentially magnifying the thrills. Incredible inventiveness, even for these two masters. Some of the best I have heard from Oxley.
