The Midnight Toker. Absolute infectious grooves and catchy as the COVID. This will cure the 2020 blues and raise your spirits sky high. We deserve to Rise from this and the Absurd have provided the anthems.

Lute FP Garage-flavored hard rock which specializes in clever, catchy songwriting. A gritty guitar tone gives the sound a metallic edge, and the excellent vocals energize everything. This is real good.

I hope not, because it’s kinda true; the era of classic rock has been a lifeless wasteland for a couple decades now, and what was called “alternative rock” is now just “rock.” Don’t like it? Sorry, but it’s the truth. And in this new rock landscape, who is king? The Absurd, that’s who! Seriously, is there a more perfect band than this? No, I didn’t think so. This is their second album, and it’s better than it has any right to be. Just madness, man! Favorite track: Hollow Land.
