TheEliteExtremophile Impermanence is a great record that blends many of the sounds of progressive rock’s heavier acts, like Porcupine Tree, King Crimson, and VdGG. Every song on this album is a strong composition, and they work even better as a unified whole.

distant planet Groundbreaking prog rock. Influences could well be: Anekdoten, Anglagard, VDGG, Gentle Giant and King Crimson but the music contains a unique identity of its own. Introspective acoustic moments blend with aggressive prog riffs and intense melodies. Favorite track: Like Shards of Glass Falling Through My Fingers.
    Nickie Harte Kelly thumbnail
Nickie Harte Kelly An impressive offering from a young UK artist, Here he brings a full band plus Hammond organ, mellotron, synthesizers, keyboards, violin and viola and also flute and saxophone. He’s a gifted acoustic and electric guitarist, using mostly hushed vocals, to convey a sense of introspection. The music veers from soft melodies, with choir-like voices, to hard hitting angularity, sort of a crash course of classic progressive music, yet keeping firmly to the present.
Favorite track: Like Shards of Glass Falling Through My Fingers.

nakatari Hi Dominic. Heard this via a mate and immediately purchased the album, EP’s and Singles. What a fantastic, emotional album! Reminiscent of 70''s prog rock. I’m reminded of King Crimson, Porcupine Tree/Steven Wilson, Anekdoten and perhaps Anglagard, but it has all been created with a modern, original sound. Keep the music coming! Ray

Markyduncan Discovered the band in Prog magazine. You can hear the influences from other bands but they have their own sound which makes them original. Deep and emotional vocals and stunning understated guitar work backed up with stomping bass and drums. Best new band I have heard in a long time.
