Je trouve que sur cet album GODFLESH a atteint une sorte de perfection à leur musique, à la fois froide, brutale et industrielle mais aussi envoûtante et mentale. Cet album est un condensé du meilleur de GODFLESH, c'est pour moi l'album de la consécration. Je vais mettre "BE GOD" en titre préféré pour sa puissance, lourde et complètement mystique mais tous les titres sont excellents. Favorite track: Be God.

Darknight Songs of Love and Hate is the definitive masterpiece of industrial metal, this is the best Godflesh album. Justin Broadrick is a hero of mine and I totally resonate with the music he creates. Favorite track: Kingdom Come.

The Laughing Stock Kinda reminds me of early SWANS. One of the most aggressive metal albums I've listened to. The bass is to die for. Those screeching guitars are just orgasmic as well Favorite track: Devastator/Mighty Trust Krusher.

CMB Simply for the sake of clarity/disclosure, since it isn’t explained here: The physical CD option is the original album + “Tiny Tears” bonus tracks only; the companion disc of alternate mixes, demos, and live tracks from 2010 is digital-only in this offering. Not sure why it wasn’t made a 2CD set again, but no matter…the original work is what really counts. I can’t speak to the vinyl option. In any case, I’m glad to have this important work on CD again.

Greedmachine not going to lie...I found Pitchshifter first and then learned they were pretty much just trying to be Godflesh 2.0 They went another direction and did what they did.I don't hate submit or deviant but I've bought much more Godflesh and Jesu. GOAT
