Alexandre Maybe not what you’d expect from a "self-taught post-punk experimentalist", but incredibly well-crafted. By far one of the best things I've listen in 2025. Tbh I'm a bit awed.

maxdk A lot of amazing hip-hop comes out of New York, but Sortilège took me by surprise. This is a very good album. 'Nandez's baritone vocals flow smoothly through the rolling soundscapes carved out by Preservation's suite of instruments. There's a serious and sombre mood to a lot of the songs, but I rarely find myself feeling sad or angry when listening. Rather, it feels inspiring.

I hope these guy's collab again 🔥 Favorite track: Bascinet.

MydriHaze Great surprise. I knew Preservation from earlier work but only knew Gabe 'Nandez from Aethiopes, so not so much. Thanks to that collab, we got a must have in my opinion. Gabe 'Nandez tone, flow and lyrics are pretty percussive while remaining chill, and Preservation production is awesome as always. An aoty. Favorite track: Muay Sok.
