Sage G.C. Hardcore isn't dead. For a second there I thought I was getting too old for this stuff, until Birds in Row busted out defibrillators on max voltage. This album is just insanely good. Favorite track: 15-38.

mbx220 This live album is a great collection of songs performed near identical to the studio versions from the first three albums. Minimal crowd noise, it's just straight up. And it's fantastic. The set list here flows nicely, it's really hard to pick a favorite so I'll go with one off my fav album of theirs. Favorite track: Black Dunes (Live).
    Spaceman Si thumbnail
Spaceman Si Epic journies of sound that build from small still beginnings into the most towering waterfalls of fuzz, drone, and melody that washes over and surrounds, there is a stately melancholy about this work which somehow cleanses and rejuvinates too.
There is much here to remind me of MONO, of early Mercury Rev, and the quieter parts of Russian Circles, in the best possible ways, yet also truly unique. A wonderful find.

Favorite track: They Move On Tracks Of Never-Ending Light (Live).
    Edward Smith thumbnail
Edward Smith My journey always starts with this song, the ethereal beauty is inspiring and I write new lyrics in my mind each time. Favorite track: A Three-Legged Workhorse (Live).
