Murphrygian Rhetoric of No is one of the heaviest songs I have enjoyed in recent memory. Favorite track: Rhetoric of No.
    badfrancis thumbnail
badfrancis The music is unforgiving and loud as fuck. May I attend a performance before either of us die. Favorite track: Rhetoric of No.
    JDMP thumbnail
JDMP wow! to finally have a copy on vinyl. now, to begin crafting the anti-playlist, one dripping with caustic and vitriol—a generalized misanthropy by way of the sonic. primitive man, indian, eyehategod, stomach, hell…

    Murphrygian My favorite Indian record.
    Marcin Wielewski thumbnail
Marcin Wielewski For each sludge release it is necessary to have good vocal outfit, just like here. And bass needs to crash the walls, just like here. Favorite track: The End Of Truth.
    Lord Josh L. thumbnail

Favorite track: The Fate Before Fate.

sashavonkarl74 Of the "Suns of Perdition" tetralogy, final Chapter IV "To Shadow Zion" is still my favourite. It was also the top-3 AOTY 2024 nominee for me, yet among the previous "Chapters", Chapter II is what did set PANZERFAUST aside from the masses, and elevated them to the top of whatever sub-genre label you may wanna use to define them. Those guitar riffs, outstandingly unique!! Favorite track: The Faustian Pact.

    v33m thumbnail
v33m I've got a soft spot for 80's blackened speed metal (or more preferably black 'n roll :-P), I really have. :-) And I must say Hellripper offers exactly what fits in this spot.

It's loud... it's raw... and it's goddam fast! I LOVE IT! Favorite track: Blood Orgy of the She-Devils.
    Dumb mmmn thumbnail
Dumb mmmn Hellripper deserves more than this.. they should be on Howard Stern or The View or something... maybe even 'Ellen'

  4. LIMBO
    by GAEREA
    featured track 00:00/00:00
    Null Null

    autumnforest thumbnail
autumnforest A very dense and intense album. It wasn't love at first listen, but the more listen to it, the more their riffs get under my skin and their atmosphere flows through my veins. Their music videos are worth watching too. Full of energy, taste and strength like Port wine. Favorite track: Conspiranoia.
    Urso X thumbnail
Urso X This didn't resonate with me when it first dropped, but in hindsight, Limbo is (to my taste) the crown jewel in Gaerea's near-flawless discography. More tortured, less melodic, and not as accessible as what came either before or after, and infused with an unrelenting sense of liminal foreboding, this album now feels like a wise friend in an anxious, unraveling world.

No favourite is possible, every track is single-worthy, all is very highly recommended.
    the0nlyjonesy thumbnail
the0nlyjonesy That heavy emotion pours through every song. Really enjoying this album. Intense and filled with fire, every lyric. Favorite track: Mare.
