This music is world class; it's quality is difficult to rival in any genre. Operatic qualities, masterful story telling and engaging atmosphere.

obsoleteearthling_14 This is a really tranquil album with lots of piano and violin. The delicate use of these instruments leans to very mellow songs and I can hear nothing not to like. There are soft samples & vocals, with the beats in the main soft and intermittent. There are exceptions. Digital is more electronic, darker at times. The album is somewhat more experimental from here on in and all the better for it, especially on the excellent closing track Pierce Ash Sky. Favorite track: p/a/sky.

Aaron Denny Orca is a lush journey through both dense and ethereal soundscapes. The ambience throughout is equal parts chilling and beautiful as it crescendoes into explosions of sound. Pair that with poignant lyrics and great instrumentals and you’re in for a fantastic listen. Slap on some headphones and get lost! Favorite track: Nanaimo.

Timpy There isn't enough tiki and chill-flavored exotica being made these days. This album is a refreshing return to that sound with some intensely creative mixing thrown in to keep it from being a mere homage to the genre. I'm terribly sad I missed the vinyl re-print! Favorite track: Sister Owls.
