    by Goon

    k_sik thumbnail
k_sik Simply amazing. A hidden gem that scratches an itch akin to an emotional panacea. The ethereal cords, transcendent progression, calculated let downs, soft humming of instruments painting a beautiful landscape paired with masterful lyricsim - this quartet packs a whole lot in such little time. Very refined production that yins the yang of the band.

This is quite an emotional journey, and one of those albums you can listen to from start to finish. All my real homies listen to GOON! Favorite track: Jaw.

    ?̴#̴+̸4̷N̶ thumbnail
?̴#̴+̸4̷N̶ Over the years I found it increasingly hard to connect to raw emotions carried in modern music. There is something very special about „Scraping the Divine”’s anger and fury. Different. I got this juvenile, hardwired emotional response, that’s equivalent to accidentally hitting your finger with a hammer for the third time in a row. Break glass in case of emergency, tune the record and use the anger well.
    Ungod616 thumbnail
Ungod616 Fuckin chaotic and beautiful Favorite track: Irradiated Sands.
    paulthewayup thumbnail
paulthewayup Do I even need to say? Boundary breaking is Full of Hell's specialty and, to bring equally talented musicians with them, past those boundaries to scrape the divine is really something else. As with anything FOH do, the listener is always guaranteed massive sound that's been searched out, explored, annihilated, brought back to life again and crafted to a degree of originality seldom seen at their level in the music world. Favorite track: Heat Death from the Pyre.
