seanmcg_ Really cool heavy post rock, drums are amazing. Favorite track: Verses.
    J. Wright Reviews thumbnail
    J. Wright Reviews I first discovered Russian Circles in 2020, through this album. Now, with the anniversary sale, I knew I had to grab a CD copy! This album has the absolute perfect blend of heaviness, atmosphere and melody and the songs are written to give you just the right amount of each before switching things up. Some post-metal can almost overstay its welcome but Station doesn't have that flaw. Everything flows with perfection! Favorite track: Verses.

scott A sonic rollercoaster; so much tension into relief, nightmares into dreams. Favorite track: Verses.

satangutsandchristcorpsepaint I don't mean to be a "first albums only" elitist or anything of the sort since I didn't even discover these guys til maybe a year and change ago, but truth be told- the demo tracks are my favorites despite Deafheaven's undeniable growth and evolution into a broader sort of awesome.

Umbriel My introduction to None. This album (and the rest of their discography) is a haunting, depressing and atmospheric piece of Black Metal.

A near perfect record that will greatly fit inside your collection! Favorite track: It's Painless To Let Go.

    PIDGE thumbnail
PIDGE Before there was a commercial element to their music. Sonic Youth was fully developed at this point and the sound is aggressive and punk. Yes earlier albums have the same feel but Daydream Nation is super tight musically. Favorite track: Candle.
    dlberes thumbnail
dlberes Finally had to have this lossless 😮‍💨 Favorite track: Teen Age Riot.
    Jared Harrison thumbnail
Jared Harrison It’s very difficult to pick a favorite on this album. 10/10 perfect record Favorite track: Candle.

    vladlena408 thumbnail
vladlena408 The beafy and noisy sound ahead of its time. This album is the epiphany of psychedelic noise-rock at its finest. Favorite track: 造花の原野_1976 Wilderness of False Flowers_1976.
    Robert Bloemkolk thumbnail
Robert Bloemkolk A lot of listeners mention the sound quality which is fine because earlier releases sounded too much like crappy bootlegs. Well, Les Rallizes are an outer space punk psychedelic garage band so I guess they are supposed to sound crappy. Anyway, hope some money goes to the musicians. Favorite track: 夜、暗殺者の夜 The Night, Assassin’s Night.
    yakuzadog14 thumbnail
yakuzadog14 Absolutely wonderful live set from these guys! I would say that this performance is the one that reminds me most of Yura Yura Teikoku. The production is superb (though I wish that the rhythm guitar was louder) and they did an awesome job of restoring this old bootleg. A suitably incandescent Flames of Ice and the ethereal Saw The Night In Your Eyes are just a few of the highlights of this amazing recording. I give this my highest recommendation! Might be the live album of the year for 2025! Favorite track: イビスキュスの花 或いは満ち足りた死 Hibiscus Flower otherwise Dying Satisfied.
