noise rock with grunge-y catchiness - wicked good!

    🤘✌️🇿🇦 Favorite track: DESPOTISM.
    Lars Gotrich thumbnail
Lars Gotrich Noise rock for noise rock nerds by noise rock nerds. There's a certain kind of toxic goo mutation happening here: Bleach-era Nirvana hooks, grueling Cherubs-style riffs, a persistent clang and skree of too many late nights listening to Japanese noise. In an alternate universe, these are left-field hits of a radio station that only spurts to life when everything's gone to hell. newsletter.vikingschoice.org/archive/do-you-remember-what-the-music-meant/ Favorite track: DESPOTISM.

ℭ𝔞𝔫𝔫𝔞𝔟𝔞𝔠𝔢𝔞𝔢 I wonder why that little picture of the limited red records has disappeared from my collection.
It was suddenly gone when you updated the description, with that new text about overwhelming demand. Somehow the little picture was deleted.
Should I be worried now? Have I lost £40, and the records?
Anyway I still have the Paypal-receipt.
    Hopefully it's just a bug.
EDIT: OK, now I'm a bit worried, because the little red heart saying; "You own this" has also disappeared. Should I buy a new set ??

Terrence Falconer music for nasty people Favorite track: FOUR TEETH.
    Iain H thumbnail
Iain H Not sure how this escaped me for so long, but I finally found it in 2024. On one level, basic rock and roll. On another level, beautifully dark, doom, with gothic and shoegaze leanings. I'm obsessed with Four Teeth. One of my most played tunes this year. Favorite track: FOUR TEETH.

James Elliker Great to finally hear a few more H-Hour songs. I first heard them on the long out-of-print C/Z record compilations ‘Secretions’ and ‘Another Pyrrhic Victory’. A really unique sounding band who melded gothic vocals, thundering, tribal drums and percussive, nimble bass work. We should have heard a lot more from them, but this goes some way to redress that. Thank you, Mr Doyle Favorite track: Overlook.
