immygoldfish A lovely warm collection of Christmassy songs! this is my favourite time of year for folk music, but its hard to make songs sound new and interesting which this album does so well! Particularly love this rendition of Carol of the Beats and Sans Day Carol is a long-time favourite that is done beautifully here. Favorite track: Carol of the Beasts.
    Björn Kaidel thumbnail
Björn Kaidel I'll be honest, I'm not particularily fond of Christmas albums or Christmas music in general. But this album...! It's simply gorgeous and incredibly beautiful. Thanks, Janice & Jon!
    abignothing thumbnail
abignothing The instrumental ensemble creates a lush background for the vocals to nestle into, and turns this album from 'good' into 'great'. Favorite track: Month of January.

p1xelcatto I don’t regret giving it a chance back then. No song feels low in quality, since there’s a lot of care put into every track, including the bonus tracks. I love the 80s atmosphere in both the songs and the cover art :3 Favorite track: Sweet Bod.
    fuckgunter thumbnail
fuckgunter personally meaningful, classical, broad range in talent, beautiful. Favorite track: As Your Father I Expressly Forbid It.

    Jonathan thumbnail
Jonathan Nothing takes me back to skipping school in 10th grade circa 2006 like this track. All the feelings of youth start flooding back. This album was big in my high school friend group at the time and opened our eyes and ears up to a whole world of alternative music. Favorite track: The Past And Pending.
    laura thumbnail
laura I can’t not choose “New Slang” as my favorite track, it’s the track that introduced me to the Shins when I first heard it on the Scrub’s soundtrack as a kid. I would play it over and over until finally years later I realized I should probably check out the album it’s from and wow should I have done so sooner. A close second favorite would have to be “Girl Inform Me”. Favorite track: New Slang.
    Oliver Semple thumbnail
Oliver Semple How I ever missed this album on its original release I have no idea. Catchy, indie, pop vibe - very easy to listen to. Favorite track: Girl Inform Me.

Daniel R. Wilder This song takes the show beyond the mundane and into the mystical. It is an unexpected bell that rings across time. 🧙‍♂️ Favorite track: A3 S6 Storyville Station.
    Babylonian Eve thumbnail
Babylonian Eve Now, objectively it was just a coincidence brought about by the return of spring and a change in my medication plan, BUT. I'm fairly sure Constance's songs cured my depression. Favorite track: A2 S4 The Bust.
    jesslindsayfowler thumbnail
jesslindsayfowler Words cannot describe how much I love this album. So much fun, and so much heart. Lloyd is such a fantastic narrator, and I love Jackie's voice! I didn't like jazz, but this album converted me.
And if you've ever wondered what a popover is, it's a pastry. Favorite track: A3 S4 Blood Red Dogs.

mishastar I have had so much appreciation for the talent and magic of these two incredible human beings since I first heard them over 10 years ago. Bringing people and talents together here for such an important cause is just beautiful, grounding and a way to assist from afar. I’m sure it’s been healing, it’s an elixir in these trying times. What they bring to the world, their music, harmonical synchronization, collective power and clarity of words are ‘True Bliss’. Thank you!
    Paco thumbnail
Paco Tremendous collection from such a range of artists. Favorite track: Nectar.
