rvss.eel Błoto’s discography has set high expectations, but where they would take Grzybnia was up in the air as far as I could tell. What they've ended up with is their best album yet, because it doesn't go in only one of their directions, it goes in all of them. It's a synthesis of all they've done so far. The unhurried, drifting jazz sections evolve alongside energetic and creative drums that might hit like hip hop, while electronic vibes occasionally overtake the music, setting the scene for dance. Favorite track: Shiitake.

rvss.eel Błoto has a unique sound that leans in different directions, but Grzyby sounds exactly like it came from the same sessions as Grzybnia, meaning it's more of a great thing (they also say so, so I'm not breaking any news here). I would say it leans slightly toward the more chill end of the vibes on that album. The first four songs are full of creative, well-produced beats, and the ten minute closer is another of the same, but extends into a smooth, repetitive flow that could go on for ten more. Favorite track: Pleśniak.

Poaceae J'adore le label Erased Tapes, qui m'a maintes fois révélé de merveilleuses musiques (AWVFTS). J'entends les premiers sons de "Landscape from Memory", et immédiatement je souhaite entendre la suite. L'album m'emporte et alors que je le découvre je me mets à danser sur ses rythmes, son identité, ses textures si familières et renouvelées à la fois. Je suis autour d'un grand feu quand "Tape Loop" arrive, et cette danse continue dans un rythme lent, tournoyant et m'élève infini dans les airs . . . . Favorite track: Tape Loop.
