wrenauld Love this band! Saw em in CA, saw em in New Orleans, and now I listen and listen again to keep me floating in New Orleans vibes, as long as I can…. Favorite track: I've Got No More Tears Left to Cry.
    chemirocha1 thumbnail
chemirocha1 Loved the Tiny Desk performance so much I bought the album - that's the way it's suppposed to work, right?! Favorite track: I've Got No More Tears Left to Cry.

by King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard
    supported by
    frkov thumbnail
frkov Not as heavy as PetroDragonic Apocalypse, this album is nevertheless one of my all-time favourite long-scope tracks. Awesome riffs, powerful vocals, strong message and an absolutely mesmerizing storyline that will take you to the deepest ends of human desolation in an ignorant, violent universe.

Bradbury would be proud! Favorite track: Perihelion.
    iq7yze thumbnail
iq7yze Best old school thrash record in a long while!
    kylehert thumbnail
kylehert Another Gizz album that simply rips.

An anti-capitalist, environmentalist, thrash metal revival that is engineered to perfection. Stupid good bass lines, palpitating drums, and absurd guitar that layers incredibly well behind the vocals and lyricism of a mad genius.

Mars For The Rich continues to age very well, but I certainly hope superbug doesn’t, despite how excellent that song is. Favorite track: Superbug.

fabmeyer Wow, a musical style and feeling I didn't know it existed before. I especially like the beautiful orchestration and harmonies. And the use of glockenspiel and other mallet instruments. Honey Bea truly feels like the olymp of music. Instant classic. Favorite track: Honey Bea.

billstandard Soulful as hell & beautifully orchestrated and produced. A fantastic follow up to the first album. Such powerful positivity - a must have album. Thanks to all involved in making this record.

    nofatclips thumbnail
nofatclips 4th listen: gotta listen to this every once in a while!

3rd listen: a little less polished than their recent records, but the unbridled power with which it's infused, more than compensates for it.

1st and 2nd listen: the energy is irresistible! Favorite track: Henry Don't Got Love.
    agutterfan thumbnail
agutterfan A huge development from their debut LP. Clearly listening to Sleater-Kinney and experimenting with electronica, their fury unabated but harnessed in more dynamic and sonically interesting songs that is unmistakably their own and noone's else. A huge maturation that demands a third LP, please. Buy their whole discography here. Favorite track: The Leibniz Language.
    Dave Jones thumbnail
Dave Jones This entire album is great. Favorite track: The Leibniz Language.
