An otherworldly journey from start to finish with many unexpected twists and turns, like a modern day "double-album" classic.
Favorite track: War Crier.

Now this is music which should be given a GRAMMY award. Brilliant in every respect, all the Tear Garden albums are great as well as the LPD's. But this is very special. ENJOY

I've been a fan since the 80's, and I'm so glad you guys are still bringing this art forth into a world that needs it now more than ever. The album is the perfect mix of new and familiar. Honestly, I'm having trouble choosing a favorite track. They're all great.

Drone symphonies unfolding, solemn, dramatic yet peaceful. Awe-inspiring album, the best from Troum in a long time. Accordion one is a masterpiece.
Favorite track: UR-BLAU (accordion).

Fascinating blend of experimental and organic textures that is both mysterious and unsettling in a very satisfying way. Memories float in and out of our consciousness, influencing all that we see and feel, yet subtly, quietly, almost imperceptibly unless seen in the right rays of slanting sunlight. (As a point of comparison I’d mention vidnaObmana and Steve Roach’s collaborations, but this is very much its own beast/creation.)

As Robin Storey’s alter ego, Rapoon has released dozens of albums over the course of more than three decades. Here, with an experimental-leaning outing, he layers lilting electronics, rolling looped structures, abstract percussion, and slow-moving processed guitar (or sitar) to create evocative and haunting soundscapes.

What's not to love? Saw the Mind tour in Detroit, with 5 guitarists and two drummers (the esteemed duo of Atkins and Rieflin), and the fence, and the braziers, and the guest vocalists, and... was blown away, to say the least.
