Mike So good, I bought this twice by mistake! An album that, while full of intense mood, remains accessible. I struggled to pick a favourite track, but the way the tension builds on Vessels is simply irresistible. Favorite track: Vessels.

nyx99 A good thing these sets were released. Stellar performance. I bought the album as a wav file and recorded it on a NOS BASF Chromdioxid II. Suits the music perfectly. 🎹 If youre a tape head, try it. Favorite track: Sunbird.

Dustin Wall How awesome it is to hear this material live - For years, I only had the Sunbird and Gyroscope albums so it's a real experience to hear Sunbird with Iain and Ray in the mix. Thanks to everyone who made this happen. Favorite track: Sunbird.

John Almirall I couldn't select a single track of a record in movements. The unity of this unique LP is what makes GONDWANA such a special label. I love just about everything they release. What a roster of superb talent!!! Favorite track: Untitled Dirge (intro).

    Pyxis Vetus yes, absolutely yes.
atmospheric, no harsh variations. very chamber-like.
    Luke S thumbnail
Luke S This just might be the best jazz album since 1968. It’s definitely on the shortlist. Tomin is the man. And John Almirall, please take note, this album was released on the mighty fine International Anthem label. Gondwana Records are a mighty fine label all the same.

Great story and what a beautiful idea for a record. We had our own granny in my family that lived until she was 113. She has been collecting herbs and making potions till the last day of her being on earth. Thank you for making world a stellar place to vibe to your tunes. Favorite track: Panna.
