thenewspaper I can't refrain from splurging on a Golden Horse Year of EK albums... this one's opening song is like a downtempo reunion with The Tower; overall the album has a uniform sound to it like 90s digital synth programming, but Steeg's stereo inferno will make this pure acid hell. The run of track times is enticing, and for the edgy mood that invokes Wicker Man and the secret police one is ready for this neon punk freak outing you might call Oppressioncore. Favorite track: Quorn Dog.

putridsothoth Absolutely love this album. The ambiance and message make this one of my favorite albums recently released. I can’t wait for the physical copy to hit my stereo. It’s going to be magical!

Beyond excited to see you perform with Cevin Key in September! Favorite track: They'll Come for You.

nichtsein000 I never followed Edward Ka-Spel or LPD very closely, but always knew they were good. I just didn't know where to start. Looks like I'm starting here, because this album is one hell of a trip.
    Corey Goldberg thumbnail
Corey Goldberg The first few tracks are a bit deceptive in that they only hint at some of what comes later, which includes steps into some wonderful sound collage and other mysteries along it’s way to the conclusion. Lyrics remain as incisive and current as ever Favorite track: NOIZ.

jmaxwell5338 The Tear Garden remains a staple of underground electro-industrial psychedelic magicianry with an album that simultaneously picks up where they left off, slides backwards into fan-favored dissonant instrumentation, and breaks a little new breakdown ground as well. Favorite track: A Return.
    harelarious thumbnail
harelarious An otherworldly journey from start to finish with many unexpected twists and turns, like a modern day "double-album" classic. Favorite track: War Crier.
    Mossey Moss thumbnail
Mossey Moss Quite simply one of THE best things i've bought / heard in YEARS!!!
I've been in this "Game" almost as long as these two fine fellows and by Gort's all seeing eye of laser precision this album goes straight to the soul. It's everything electronic music SHOULD be.

x0riente Being a fan of the dry and colder side of the Sisters, this release really hits the sweetest of spots: Darkways have crafted a collection of instant genre anthems, merging classic goth/wave/electro sentiments and modern execution like few others did in recent years.

It's dance-able, it's melancholic and it's the one album that makes me want to go out and roam the neon-lit city on a rainy summer night. Favorite track: Resonance.

tokala_illustration Wonderful music, what a powerful perspective on the genre, fresh, inspired and just beautiful! Favorite track: I like the night (and the night likes me).

Dome Argus 🍉 Quin disc heu fet! 😱 És absolutament increïble, des de la primera fins la darrera cançó. Té no res de temps i ja ha esdevingut un clàssic de manera justa i clara. Us heu ficat al capdamunt dels millors grups del gènere. On estàveu amagats aquests anys? 😊 Agraïsc que els obscurs astres i el fosc abisme us haja ajuntat per gaudi de tots nosaltres. El gènere ha guanyat tant! 🖤 Favorite track: Shadowdancer.

Schuyler Brundage I really love the fact, that Edward, never seems to run out of stories to tell. (thankfully)

    The Mystery of Numbers, is...astounding.

I had to listen to this track again, and yet again a second time, to make sure...but, this might be the best song Edward has ever created.

It's truly, Epic. Favorite track: On the Table / The Mystery of Numbers Parts 1-3.
