thekurtaction This turned out to be the release on which Archspire perfected their unique brand of tech death. Favorite track: Calamus Will Animate.

caleb hella fast and heavy Favorite track: Golden Mouth of Ruin.

coda In my mind one of, if not the greatest tech-death albums ever made. Not only are the riffs addictively brutal and technical, they throw a curveball by incorporating classical and orchestral melodies and phrases. Extremely hard to pick a favourite, I could listen to any one of them all day. Super excited to see these guys in April. Favorite track: A.U.M..

thekurtaction Alien and superhuman are adjectives that come to mind. Maybe the clearest distillation of what makes Tech Death such an exciting genre. And yes, they can play this live! Favorite track: Drone Corpse Aviator.

swordpvnk This is Archspire's best offering to date. Which is high praise considering Bleed the Future was a masterpiece. These guys don't take themselves too seriously and they have every reason too considering the sheer talent exuding from every single one of them. This i think is their best quality as a band. Inhuman musical ability, paired with extremely down to earth human personalities. Never stop making music you crazy bastards.

minusoneman2 Archspire is always hell of fun! Especially with this new effort. Imagine highly melodic Blasting Symphonic (death) metal accompanied by a zombified ghost of the mighty scatman John in a really angry and pissed mood. Favorite track: Anomalous Descent.

pablo This mix of speed, melodies and death metal potency is something I was longing for some time. The whole band is great but fast guturals really got me here. Favorite track: Liminal Cypher.

phisilon First Fragment is my favorite band, and if they aren't yours you need to rethink your music taste. Had to make sure I got this on Bandcamp Friday.

Facepalming Panda While it lacks some of the atmosphere, progressive composition, and more prominent basswork of its followup, Dasein is nonetheless an incredible offering that hints at FF's future greatness while still delivering a very consistent run of neoclassical, shreddy techdeath from opening to close. I fucking love you guys. Favorite track: Le Serment De Tsion.

Kris Faust Immolation is synonymous with consistency, technical prowess, ferocity, and monumental songwriting. Descent is no exception. Real contender for album of the year.

eManRenaissanc My favorite band, still thriving 40 years in. There's no one else like 'em. Just ordered the vinyl and had to buy the BC version too, of course.

KenshirO Crushingly heavy, oppressive and filled with a dark epic sound that many death metal bands could never hope to achieve. Tops even Acts Of God. Fantastic production and some of their best work ever. I recommend listening to it with a pair of Heavys 🎧 on. It will make your testicles explode Favorite track: Attrition.
