Singed Minge Foundational industrial album for me. Don't listen to anything new in this genre BUT will always support everything Cracknation does. Rocket Verliden thumbnail
Rocket Verliden This is one of FLA's best albums ever, in my opinion. While it wasn't their first ever release to take a more downtempo tack, this album strikes a good balance between the industrial intensity of old and a newer, chiller sound. I think I'll revisit this album as much as some of their other ones now that I own it. Favorite track: Parasite.
    Obstacle of Affliction thumbnail
Obstacle of Affliction I often forget how spaced out this album is for FLA. There are many portions that could easily be Delerium, which in no way is a negative.
Wonderful period of the band's discography. Favorite track: Civilization.

aggrophene Giant lollipops in a field of bones; what many songs make me want to dance across, with my cyber tentacles.
    Durchkreuzer thumbnail
Durchkreuzer Echogenetic was quite strong but here come remixes that manage to clearly surpass the original! About half of the tracks I would indeed call original and outstanding along with two new top tracks. Makes one of the best FLA releases ever. Favorite track: Next War.
    Michael Textbeak thumbnail
Michael Textbeak So many good remixes on this. Favorite track: Blood - Haujobb.

    DAS VILLAIN thumbnail
DAS VILLAIN When the album came out in 1991 (I was 19 in 1991), I was indifferent about it. Not because of the glaring indigenous music (that was mired in lawsuits over) layered into their sound, but it seems just a continuation of Sonic Temple. There seemed to be no attempt to evolve. Yet, during the Ceremony sessions, there was clear turmoil between Billy and Ian resulting in an okay release, at the time. Now, 34 year later, Ceremony is above average with a deep meaning that was lost in translation.
    whim8y thumbnail
whim8y it grew on me, took awhile - an emotion here, there. I say I like others more yet this --- today --- hits the turntable more than Love, which I Love. And Sonic Temple, which is the only reason I'd have ever come to own Ceremony. IDK why and care less about the logical inconstancy.
