kylehert Another Gizz album that simply rips.

An anti-capitalist, environmentalist, thrash metal revival that is engineered to perfection. Stupid good bass lines, palpitating drums, and absurd guitar that layers incredibly well behind the vocals and lyricism of a mad genius.

Mars For The Rich continues to age very well, but I certainly hope superbug doesn’t, despite how excellent that song is. Favorite track: Superbug.

El Bleak I wasn't even a teenager when my Dad gave me this album on cassette; he was sent it by Britannia Music Club!

It's still a masterpiece and has a very special place in my heart.

It took over 25 years for me to finally see them live, and that almost never happened thanks to a stroke, but I'm proud to say that the first gig I went to following that ordeal put things right.

Seeing them live after being such a strong musical presence for so long felt like a religious experience.
